‘My Mother was Born in a Bucket’

The Crisis Commission brings 18 celebrated contemporary artists together with people who have experienced homelessness – clients of Crisis – to create a unique combined reflection on the theme of ‘home’ – for the 2014 Crisis Commission exhibition & Auction at Christie’s, London, with all proceeds going to Crisis. 

The most recent Guardian article, dated Thursday 8 May 2014, features Lottie Davies – Photographer, winner of the Young Masters Art Prize in 2012. Davies submitted a large photograph with the (apparently true) title of ‘My Mother was Born in a Bucket.’ Read more.
